At Busa Designs, each piece is thoughtfully designed and produced in small batches. We want you to truly love what you receive, and we’re here to help if something isn’t quite right.

 

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

• Items must be returned in their original packaging

 

Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within a few business days.

 

Exchanges & Store Credit

We’re happy to offer exchanges or store credit for eligible items.

For faster processing, we recommend selecting store credit or an exchange 🤍

 

Final Sale Items

The following are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

• Preorder items
• Sale or discounted items

• Custom or made-to-order pieces

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right as quickly as possible.
