Shipping Policy

All Busa Designs stock items will be shipped out within 2-10 business days. All pre-order items will be shipped out as described in their descriptions. If pre-order items are purchased with in stock items, all items will ship once preorders arrive unless buyer reaches out for separate transactions. Tracking info provided once the shipment has been shipped from our fulfillment center.

International Orders can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks from shipment date. Busa Designs has no control over custom hold ups and is not responsible for any international duty fees. Please provide a phone number and email for swift communication. If a package appears lost, customer must file a claim through the shipping provider. If a package is denied and returned to shipper, original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Orders placed with “Preorder” items will ship once the preorder item arrives unless customer places two separate transactions.
